Hooksett, NH Norton Asset Management and Harrington & Company have completed the sale of 200 Technology Dr. located off Exit 10, I-93. 200 Technology Dr. is a single story, 8,500 s/f, former medical office building previously occupied by NH Oncology & Hematology. The property was purchased for $1.28 million by Elm Grove Properties who plan to renovate and expand the building into its future headquarters. Bill Norton of Norton Asset Management and Mike Harrington of Harrington & Company teamed up to represent the seller. Elm Grove Properties was self-represented.
