Norton of Apex Properties represents 272 Nashua Street, LLC in 82,050 s/f lease

Tim Norton, president of Apex Properties recently represented 272 Nashua Street, LLC in a lease renewal and expansion for 82,050 s/f at 272 Nashua St. The property is a 122,050 s/f multi tenant industrial facility. The lessee, SouthWin Ltd. is a provider of world class car care products. SouthWin will use the facility for assembly, mixing and packaging operations for it's northeast customers. Don Mancini of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. represented SouthWin Ltd. The eight year lease term positions the property for sale to an investor, and selling the property. Also Robert Beland of Apex recently brokered the sale of 45 Summer St., a 35,000 s/f mill building that has been occupied by Community Healthlink since 1997. The sale price was not disclosed. Beland represented the seller, Community Healthlink Inc. and also procured the buyer, Sterling Hill Holdings, LLC. Community Healthlink has entered into a lease agreement with Sterling Hill for approximately half of the property. The remaining space is being redeveloped into affordable office and commercial suites and along with interior improvements the exterior of the property will be receiving new windows, a new passenger elevator, and improvements to parking areas and landscaping. Apex has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for the project and Beland will coordinate all marketing and leasing activity. Also Michael Lanney of Apex recently represented Laddawn Inc., a plastics manufacturer with facilities across the country, in the purchase of the former Devens Davis Library. Laddawn is redeveloping the 10,000 s/f building into its new corporate headquarters with Apex acting as project /construction manager.
