Northeast Private Client Group brokers $2.9m sale of 446A Blake St.

New Haven, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has completed the $2.9 million sale of 446A Blake St. Managing director Brad Balletto represented the seller and procured the buyer.

446A Blake St. is an approved development site located in the Westville neighborhood of the city, permitted for 144 residential units. The site is within walking distance of Southern Connecticut State University and presents the buyer with a significant development opportunity in one of Connecticut’s most dynamic urban markets, with strong demand fundamentals driven by Yale University, major medical institutions, and a growing residential population.
