Hudson, MA Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. has completed four commercial property sales totaling $2,248,500 across the Metrowest market. The transactions span industrial, office and medical office assets, showing continued demand for small to mid-sized owner-user properties.

299 Central Street -Hudson, MA

The completed sales include:

• 299 Central St., Hudson, MA – A 7,221 s/f industrial building;

• 447 Grove St., Worcester, MA – A 2,100 s/f medical office building;

• 182 Cedar Hill St., Marlborough, MA – A 3,600 s/f industrial condo; and

• 28 Lord Rd., Unit 215, Marlborough, MA – A 1,328 s/f office condo. 

Greater Boston Commercial Properties represented the sellers in all the transactions.
