Institutional Property Advisors sells Millyard at Meadow Commons

Newington, CT Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap dedicated to serving the company’s institutional clients, has completed the sale of Millyard at Meadow Commons, a 269-unit apartment building. The sale price was not disclosed.

“Completed in 2025, the property offers a fully amenitized residential experience and exceptional New England living along the Berlin Turnpike,” said Victor Nolletti, IPA executive managing director of investments. “Located just 10 miles from the Hartford central business district (CBD) and 25 miles from the New Haven CBD, the community provides convenient access to major employment centers. Outstanding demographics, a highly-rated school system, premier shopping, numerous restaurants, and abundant recreational attractions make this an exceptional location.” Nolletti, along with IPA team members Eric Pentore and Wes Klockner represented the seller and procured the buyer.

 The property is located along the Berlin Tpke./U.S. Rte. 5/Rte. 15, with access to I-91 and I-84. The location gives residents short distance to Hartford, downtown, New Haven, and Springfield, Mass. Shopping is within walking distance at the Newington Commons shopping center.

 Millyard at Meadow Commons has a heated swimming pool, picnic area, a resident lounge and game room, fitness center, and private co-working rooms. Apartments have keyless entry systems, stainless-steel appliances, washers and dryers, and large closets.
