Eric O'Brien and Joel Aho represented 257 Simarano Dr., LLC and Bret O'Brien represented the tenant Bloomy Controls, who plans to expand its Mass. operations located in Milford. 257 Simarano Dr. is a 70,000 s/f multi-tenant class A flex property located off of Rte. 495.
