Hudson, MA Bret O’Brien and Tyler DeWolfe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. brokered the sale of a 7,000 s/f contractor’s building at 13 Brent Dr. 

The buyer, J.A. Crowdle Corp., purchased the property for $950,000. J.A. Crowdle is a landscaping company that has been providing professional landscape construction & maintenance services to residential and commercial clients in the Greater Boston Area, for over a decade. 

Greater Boston Commercial Properties represented the seller and procured the buyer as the sole broker in the transaction.
