O’Brien and Stepien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties broker building sale

35 Scales Lane - Townsend, MA

Townsend, MA Bret O’Brien and Mitchell Stepien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) represented the seller of 35 Scales Ln. The 39,000 s/f building was bought by Regional Home Care, Inc., which specializes in sleep therapy equipment. The sale price, which was not formally disclose, is more than three and half times the $650,000 the seller, Triple M Movers, paid for the property when GBCP’s represented it in the purchase seven years ago. With the guidance of the O’Brien-Stepien team the seller cashed out in what many believe to be the peak of the market. Although not to the scale of the Lowell Wang Towers flip of the 1990s, GBCP has demonstrated its ability to guide its clients to exceptional opportunities in the Massachusetts’s market.
