O'Brien Commercial Properties brokers 45,000 s/f lease in Acton

Eric O'Brien and Bret O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently completed a 45,000 s/f lease at 2-8 Craig Rd. The tenant Bell Micro Products, a distributor of computer components, who formerly occupied 25,000 s/f at the same address, is expanding into the balance of the building and extending their lease. O'Brien Commercial represented the landlord.
