O'Brien Commercial Properties brokers 7,800 s/f lease for The Boylston Co.

American Global Ventures has leased 7,800 s/f at 336 Baker Ave. from The Boynton Co. and is planning to open full-service executive office suites. arranged by Eric O'Brien, president, O'Brien Commercial Properties. "There is clearly a demand for this in Concord. I believe the timing is right for such an optimistic place," said O'Brien. Vacancy rates for office space in town are hovering at 6%. This is substantially lower than most other markets. Also, MIG Corp., owner occupant at 526 Main St. in Acton (One Acton Place), also home of Luxury Media Corp., has appointed O'Brien Commercial Properties to lease 17,273 s/f of first class office space. "This is an exceptional opportunity for a company to lease an impressive full floor 12,773 s/f suite in Acton Center," said O'Brien, primary broker in the Rte. 2 corridor. "This is a far better option than some of the larger "see through buildings" medium sized tenants are forced to consider."
