Acton, MA Eric O’Brien, president of O’Brien Commercial Properties, has completed seven lease transactions this year on Craig Rd. and School St. for O’Brien Investment Management (OIM). 

The landlord, OIM owns and manages, among other properties, 100,000 s/f of flex space on Craig Rd., which O’Brien Commercial Properties (OCP) exclusively leases. 

OCP secured two new tenants, Lumberlend.com and European Architectural Supply for 8,700 s/f of space and renewed five other leases in the park for an additional 24,400 s/f.
