O'Brien Commercial Properties handles 13,500 s/f lease for Hatch Technology Corp.

Bret O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented Hatch Technology Corp. in leasing 13,500 s/f at 300 Myles Standish Blvrd. The initial term is a two year sublease from Kranson Industries, the Saint Louis parent company of packaging manufacturer TricorBraun. O'Brien secured additional term through the landlord, Warren Miller, trustee of Horizon Nominee Realty Trust II. Hatch Technology is a high end manufacturer of custom automation software and equipment. Chris Crooks, Adam Subber and Doug Bock of Cresa Partners represented Kranson, while Taber Keally of Donahue Associates represented Horizon Nominee Realty Trust.
