Gratton and Brennan of DTZ FHO represent owner in 3 leases totaling 23,865 s/f at Christian Science Plaza

The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and DTZ FHO Partners have signed three leases totaling 23,865 s/f of office space at the Christian Science Plaza. New leases have been signed with EnvaPower, The Alliance Companies and Pile & Company, each taking a full floor at 177 Huntington Ave. The First Church of Christ, Scientist, was represented in the negotiations by J. Duncan Gratton and Lauria Brennan of DTZ FHO Partners' asset advisory group. Dan Krysiak of Grubb & Ellis represented EnvaPower; Bryan Sparkes of Jones Lang LaSalle represented The Alliance Companies; and Roger Breslin of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Pile & Company. In April 2008, the Church announced that it was offering short-term leases for the buildings located at 177 Huntington Ave. and 101 Belvidere St. The 101 Belvidere building is now 100% leased. Located in the Back Bay, 177 Huntington Ave. is a 25-story, 215,000 s/f building, and is situated across the street from The Prudential Center.
