O'Brien Commercial Properties handles $1m sale to Legacy Warrior

Bret O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented Highland Pines Realty Trust in the $1 million sale of 260 Boston Post Rd. The property is 100% leased to nine tenants. The 7,083 s/f sale included eight of the nine units that make up the 8,500 s/f building on Rte. 20 and close to the Rtes. 27 and 126. Built in 1985 the two story multi tenant office building is rented to local merchants. O'Brien also procured the buyer, Legacy Warrior, LLC, which is an affiliate of Legacy Real Estate Ventures. Legacy was formed in January of 2008 and this is their third acquisition. The property was of particular interest to Michael Pricez.
