Condyne and Greenstreet R.E. Ptrs. execute 55,000 s/f lease with Mayo

Condyne, in joint venture with Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, has executed a 10-year lease for 55,000 s/f with Mayo Medical Laboratories at 160 Dascomb Rd. Mayo Laboratories is the diagnostic reference laboratory for The Mayo Clinic. The firm relocated from a 30,000 s/f facility in Wilmington, nearly doubling its space requirements. 160 Dascomb Rd. is a 125,609 s/f warehouse and office building that is located off of Rte. 93 and only minutes from Rte. 495 - one of the most active flex/industrial markets in Eastern Mass. Rich Ruggiero and Torin Taylor of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in this transaction while Mark Carangelo and Paul Miraglia from Equitable Real Estate Solutions represented the tenant. Mayo Medical Laboratories is leasing 47,000 s/f of warehouse and 8,000 s/f of office space. The warehouse space will be converted to types of labs including chemistry, toxicology, and serology labs. Advantage Construction has prepared the existing warehouse to be in shell condition for Mayo while also making exterior improvements to the building and surrounding grounds. The building has a new roof, HVAC system and additional windows.
