O’Brien Commercial Properties handles 3,000 s/f lease renewal for Dance Prism in West Concord

West Concord, MA Eric O’Brien, president of O’Brien Commercial Properties negotiated a lease renewal for Dance Prism, a local non-profit dance production company. Dance Prism is well known for its Nutcracker production among other shows that it puts on throughout the year from Fall River to Mechanics Hall in Worcester and the Littleton and Andover High School auditoriums. O’Brien Commercial originally procured the 3,000 s/f studio, office and storage space in downtown West Concord for Prism in 2012 and each case donated 100% of the leasing fees back to the non-profit.
