Boudrot, Gilkie, Allen and DiGiano of NAI Hunneman brokers $7 million sale of 306 Newburyport Turnpike

Rowley, MA NAI Hunneman brokered the $7 million sale of 306 Newburyport Tpke., a 112,400 s/f industrial building located on Rte. 1. 

The NAI Hunneman team of executive vice president Jim Boudrot, senior vice president David Gilkie and assistant vice president Michael Allen represented the seller Daly-Rowley LLC, while executive vice president F. Michael DiGiano represented the buyer Peabody Essex Museum.
