O’Brien Commercial Properties handles $550,000 sale of lab condominium

186 Cedar Hill Street - Marlborough, MA

Marlborough, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties has completed the sale of 186 Cedar Hill St. The 3,970 s/f laboratory condo was sold for $550,000 to an owner-occupant with plans to utilize the space as a biology lab. Brandon Meeks of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the seller and directly procured the buyer.

Located off I-495, 186 Cedar Hill St. benefits from its prime location in one of Metro West’s most established commercial and life science corridors. The sale highlights ongoing demand for small- mid-sized laboratory and flex space from emerging science-based firms seeking footholds outside of the Boston-Cambridge core.

In addition, O’Brien Commercial Properties has signed Nick’s Luxury Transportation and Rourke Law as the newest tenants at 238 Littleton Rd. in Westford, Mass. With their arrival, the building is now 98% occupied.
