Attleboro, MA Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal completed the $685,000 sale of 8 Hayward St. to NECPAD REAL ESTATE, LLC. The sale consists of the 2,540 s/f building with 10 private offices. 

This property located across from the Attleboro District Court, is recently revamped, as renovations concluded in 2014 and the roof was replaced in 2020. The space includes a fenced-in patio and courtyard and ample parking.
