Pillar Realty, LLC, owner of 131 Coolidge St., has secured two new leases for a combined 2,200 s/f of first class office space. Mark R. Stanhope and Trillium Construction Services have signed leases at the property. O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord and directly procured both tenants.
The building is an advantageous location for companies due to its convenience to retail, hotels and immediate access to Route 495.
