Bonin of AR Bonin Companies, LLC brokers $930,000 office building sale
Arthur Bonin of ARBonin Companies, LLC completed the sale of 91 Plaistow Rd. (Rte. 125). The 10,200 s/f property sold for $930,000. Dakota Realty sold the property to Berkshire Dominion Holdings.
This professional office building is centrally located in the Rte. 125 corridor. Recently renovated, the building consists of three floors of distinctive office and retail suites.
