O'Brien Commercial Properties represents 28 Lord Road Trust in 4,770 s/f lease to US Technologies, Inc.

US Technologies, Inc. (UST) has secured a long term lease at 28 Lord Rd. with owner of large office condominium, 28 Lord Road Trust. The premises are 4,770 s/f and include first class office as well as light assembly space. UST is a New Jersey based military and government contractor and provides comprehensive electronics design, manufacture, engineering testing repair and refurbishment services to the electronic component industry. O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the landlord in this lease transaction.
