O’Brien, DeWolfe and Caron of GBCP handle 71,000 s/f in leases
Hopkinton, MA Bret O’Brien, Tyler DeWolfe and Kyleigh Caron of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) completed a 71,000 s/f leasing spree in the Hopkinton Technology Park.
The Technology Park consists of nine flex buildings totaling 235,000 s/f, which due to the recent transactions completed by GGCP is now 100% leased.
New tenants include United Medical Systems, Source Consulting, Electric Battery, Pall Corporation, HP Sales of New England, and Squeezed, LLC.
