O’Brien of GBCP and Galvani of Parsons broker $3.13 million sale

Westborough, MA Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) brokered the sale of 291 Turnpike Rd. The investment property sits on 9.79 acres. There are currently two tenants; Not Your Average Joe’s which offers creative comfort food at a good old-fashioned value and Taste of Andhra. The $3.13 million purchase price was based on the existing income of the leased facility.

Bret O’Brien of GBCP represented the buyer, who’s an investor that purchased the property for cap rate income, and Victor Galvani of Parsons Commercial Group represented the seller.
