TRB Realty completes leasehold interest sale of 8,000 s/f property
Burlington, MA TRB Realty (TRB) has completed the sale of a leasehold interest of 21 A St., an 8,000 s/f single-story office building on a slab, with slightly less than 1 acre of land and 30 parking spaces.
TRB Realty was the sole broker of record in the transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.
