O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties arranges 9,687 s/f in leases

Bret O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) recently completed three office lease transactions totaling 9,687 s/f. O'Brien represented Aldata Solutions, Inc. in subleasing 5,489 s/f at 377 Simarano Dr. for the duration of its term, which runs until December 31st, 2015. Ken Shaffer of The Shaffer Company represented The Rovisys Company who subleased the space. Aldatas Soltuions will vacate 377 Simarano Dr. and relocate its downsized offices to 5 Mount Royal Ave. Aldata Solutions was represented by O'Brien in the new 1,908 s/f lease at Mount Royal Ave., and the landlord Haynes Management was represented by Steve Bradley of Northeast Select Properties, LLC. In Hopkinton GBCP represented the landlord T&T Realty Trust in a 2,300 s/fnew lease at 87 Elm St. O'Brien also procured the tenant Residential Mortgage Services and was the sole broker of record in the 87 Elm St. transaction.
