O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties brokers $1 million sale
Southborough, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties brokered the $1 million sale of 40 Southville Rd. Bill Depietri with Capital Group Properties sold the property and Brian Li bought the property.
The 8,000 s/f building sits on 1.06 acres. The property includes drive-in doors and access to Rtes. 9, 495 and the Mass Pike.
The purchase price was based on the existing income of the leased facility.
