Bret O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently completed a 12,432 s/f lease extension at 155 Northboro Rd. O'Brien represented the tenant Webco Engineering while working directly with the landlord The Maggiore Companies. The premises consists of 3,000 s/f of office and engineering space, and the balance is 18' clear manufacturing area.
