JM Coull completed upgrades to the first floor of the Chang Building at UMass Medical's Maple St. Campus

JM Coull (JMC)recently completed upgrades to the first floor of the Chang Building at UMass Medical's Maple St. Campus. This project consisted of office renovations including carpet restoration and painting. JMC worked with the UMass architecture team on this project. The Chang Building marks JMC's second project at the Maple St. Campus; renovations to the Hoagland-Pincus Conference Center were previously completed. Project manager Rob Hennessy said, "JM Coull is pleased to have performed this project for UMass Medical. This project allows us to continue our strong relationship with UMass and build a solid foundation for success." JM Coull is a design-build, construction management and general contracting firm, specializing in renovations and new construction for healthcare, life sciences, advanced technology, education, commercial, manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, and multi-unit residential customers. The company has extensive expertise in research and development and laboratories and operates throughout New England from its headquarters in Maynard, MA.
