Hopkinton, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, brokered the sale of 239 South St. The 21,000 s/f office building was fully leased at the time of the sale.
The $2.2 million purchase price was based on the existing income at the fully leased facility.
Before O’Brien took on the task of selling the property, he single-handedly put all six of the tenants in the building which, at the time, was mostly vacant.
The tenants include Electronic Fluorocarbons, Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects, Federal Concrete, Processing.com, Sing, Dance, Act and ClearGov.
The property is located near the I- 495 and the Mass. Pike interchange.
