O'Connor of Joyce B. O'Connor Real Estate completes 10,050 s/f in leases

Joyce O'Connor of Joyce B. O'Connor Real Estate recently completed the following transactions: * Oakman Enterprises Inc. has leased 4,000 s/f at 208 Southbridge St. Oakman is a construction company and also has a complete line of hardware. Anthony Oakman is the prinipal and Gary Pike is the owner of the property. O'Connor represented both the tenant and the owner. * Extreme Dance Academy is now located at 45 River St., Millbury. The tenant moved from Rte. 146. The dance academy is 3,000 s/f . Owner of the former mill is Vadteck. O'Connor represented both the lessee and the lessor. * Stephanie Atchue leased 1,250 s/f at Westside Palza at 850 Southbridege St. The plaza is owned by VJD Partners. *Miracle Ear of Auburn has moved from the Sears store to 1,800 s/f at 567 Southbridge St. at the Heritage Plaza. Don Gross the franchisee has done the renovations and has signed a five year lease. O'Connor represented both the tenant and the owner, Heritage Mall Associates.
