O'Donnell of TFMoran receives professional engineer license

Michael O'Donnell, PE recently received licensure as a Professional Engineer on the Civil-Highway and Environmental rosters. O'Donnell joined TFMoran Inc. in 2001 and serves as a senior traffic engineer and project manager. He is responsible for the management, engineering design and permitting of land development and traffic projects. O'Donnell's experience includes residential, commercial and municipal projects from very small to multi-million dollar facilities. He is also a Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI). O'Donnell has dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Bioresource Engineering with a civil and an environmental focus from Rutgers University.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
