Powers & Company brokers two leases at Porter Square totaling 40,300 s/f

Powers & Company has leased 37,500 s/f of space to Michael's and 2,800 s/f to Panera Bread at Porter Square, representing the landlord. The center, anchored by Shaw's, CVS, Healthworks, Tags Hardware, Porter Square Books, and others, is now 100% occupied. Todd Lornell of Real Estate Advisors represented Michael's and Panera was represented by National Commercial Brokers. The center, located at the red line T stop, has an excellent market position on Mass. Ave. with on-site parking.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
