Powers & Company brokers two leases at Porter Square totaling 40,300 s/f
Powers & Company has leased 37,500 s/f of space to Michael's and 2,800 s/f to Panera Bread at Porter Square, representing the landlord.
The center, anchored by Shaw's, CVS, Healthworks, Tags Hardware, Porter Square Books, and others, is now 100% occupied.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
