O’Hara of Coldwell Banker Comm’l. NRT sells 19,857 s/f - $1.5m
Stratford, CT Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Inc., represented PFP LLC in the sale of a 19,857 s/f warehouse/office showroom to CarRite Realty, LLC located at 2095 Barnum Ave. for $1.5 million.
CarRite Realty, LLC is a nationwide network of used car dealers providing sales and service in nine states from Tennessee to Florida to New York and Connecticut.
PFP LLC had previously operated a used car and service center out of the location. The property is on 1.48 acres, has more than 70 parking spaces and an existing showroom and vehicle service center.
