The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has leased 1,000 s/f at 50 Redfield St. in the Neponset section of the city for the trade group's Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 offices. IREM has provided education, resources, and credentialing for real estate management professionals for over 75 years. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, IREM has 80 U.S. chapters, 10 international chapters and several other partnerships around the globe.
