Klemmer Associates, LLC was the sole broker in the sale of a 163,800 s/f office and warehouse building at 300 Jubilee Dr., for Boston Acoustics, Inc. Brookwood Real Estate Partners II, LLC, an affiliate of Brookwood Financial Partners, L.P., purchased the property for an undisclosed amount. Boston Acoustics and Christian Book Distributors LLC will lease the building for a minimum of two years.
