Sportech Venues, a former tenant in the plaza for 30 years, who used to occupy one of the freestanding buildings is returning to the plaza and will now occupy a 5,000 s/f end cap space in the main strip center portion of the property. Sally Beauty Supply LLC, a long-term tenant presently located on the other side of I-95 at 52 Frontage Rd. is moving their business to 15-65 Frontage Rd. and has completed a new long-term retail lease for a 2,070 s/f inline space within the plaza.
