O,R&L Commercial leases 3,000 s/f at 845 Bston Post Road
According to Frank Hird, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, 845 Boston Post Rd. has been leased to The School of Rock.
The 3,000 s/f building will be converted to classrooms for the tenant, The School of Rock. Stephen Ingelese, SIOR and Rob Montesi of the New Haven Group represented the tenant and Frank Hird, SIOR represented Davis Realty, LLC, the landlord.
O, R&L Commercial, LLC with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill represents landlords and tenants in the office, retail, medical, investment and industrial markets.
