O,R&L Commercial leases 3,000 s/f to Riccio & Beletsky, LLC in Branford
According to O,R&L Commercial, LLC, Rich Guralnick, CCIM has completed a long-term lease transaction at 500 East Main St. Property owner Commercial Realty & Development, LLC has leased 3,000 s/f to Riccio & Beletsky, LLC a local law firm. The new space at the "People's Bank Building" represents a significant long term commitment by Riccio & Beletsky as they expand their law practice.
