O,R&L leases 15,200 s/f to K&S Services at 273 Dividend Rd.
O,R&L Commercial, LLC has completed the leasing of 15,200 s/f of flex space at 273 Dividend Rd. to K&S Services, Inc. in an expansion from its Laurel Rd. facility.
K&S Services is a diversified company whose services include the repair of hydraulic pumps, electric equipment and motors; robotics; and inventory management for the aerospace, automotive, food and beverage, and tire industries. The company has over 350 employees at locations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, England, and Belgium.
Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial represented the landlord, Thomas Sabella. Howard Smagler and Carol Karney, also of O,R&L Commercial, represented the tenant.
