Westborough, MA Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) recently completed the sale of 57 East Main St. Bret O’Brien and Benjamin Gatti of GBCP represented the seller, East Main Street Building 57, LLC, in the $5.5 million transaction on Rte. 30 near downtown.

The two story building consisted of 56,699 s/f with retail on the first floor and offices on the second.

The buyer Astero Management LLC was procured directly by the O’Brien-Gatti brokerage team. The team’s marketing effort to create a competitive bidding environment was executed with expert efficiency that resulted in the buyer’s full price offer within the first ten days of marketing the property.
