(GBCP) recently completed the sale of 57 East Main St. Bret O’Brien and Benjamin Gatti of GBCP represented the seller, East Main Street Building 57, LLC, in the $5.5 million transaction on Rte. 30 near downtown.

The two story building consisted of 56,699 s/f with retail on the first floor and offices on the second.
The buyer Astero Management LLC was procured directly by the O’Brien-Gatti brokerage team. The team’s marketing effort to create a competitive bidding environment was executed with expert efficiency that resulted in the buyer’s full price offer within the first ten days of marketing the property.
