O’Brien and Papazian of GBCP negotiates 63,803 s/f in leases for Patriot Holdings, LLC

Marlborough, MA Bret O’Brien and Nishan Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) negotiated five leases totaling 63,803 s/f at 896 Boston Post Rd. GBCP was the sole broker of record in all five transactions, representing the landlord Patriot Holdings, LLC. Patriot Holdings purchased the property earlier this year for $8 million with the tenants occupying the spaces at low rents and with no leases. GBCP acted on the landlord’s behalf to put leases in place for these five tenants at market rents.
