Aho Properties represents seller and procured the buyer in sale of 143 Colony Rd. for $7.25m
Gardner, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, represented the seller and procured the buyer directly in the sale of 143 Colony Rd. for $7.25 million. The property consists of over 500 self-storage units as well as contractor bay space and excess land for the construction of additional storage units. The sale was an off-market transaction initiated by Aho Properties.
