O’Brien Commercial Properties handles $2.55 million in sales for Heritage Properties

43-45 Middle Street - Lowell, MA

 

Lowell, MA Heritage Properties, a large scale apartment developer, has sold its commercial real estate portfolio in the city. 

100 Merrimac St., 43-45 Middle St. and 88-92 Merrimac St. totaling 31,846 s/f were sold in a single transaction to GDG Properties Southbridge LLC for $1.5 million. 1201 Westford St., a 17,394 s/f office building was sold to HK Realty LLC for $1.05 million. 

O’Brien Commercial Properties represented Heritage Properties in both transactions.
