O’Brien Commercial Properties sells 5+ acres in downtown Marlborough to Wood Partners
Marlborough, MA Eric O’Brien, president of O’Brien Commercial Properties, negotiated the sale of a full city block along the North Side of Lincoln St. from Mechanic St. to the new bicycle path. The transaction entailed 11 land parcels totaling over five acres owned by three individual land owners.
The sellers included Family Auto Sales and Repairs at 283 Lincoln St., Koby Inc. (the three building mill complex) at 297-305 Lincoln St. on five land parcels and five parcels owned by the Marlborough Economic Development Commission, fronting on Lincoln and Mechanic St.
Wood Partners (ALTA), a national apartment developer, will be building out the site under a comprehensive permit and plan to deliver 276 new units and 10,000 s/f of retail space.
The privately owned properties sold for a combined $3 million while the price for the city land is undisclosed.
