O’Brien Commercial Properties signs 8,468 s/f lease at 117 Flanders Rd.

Westborough, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties has completed the lease of 8,468 s/f of office space at 117 Flanders Rd. to a regional utility infrastructure service company. Brandon Meeks of O’Brien Commercial represented the tenant. The new tenant, which specializes in utility coordination and field services across New England, selected the property to support its growing operational and administrative needs. 

Located within the Flanders Rd. business corridor, the space offers access to I-495 and the Mass Pike, providing connectivity to Greater Boston and Central Massachusetts. 

The space features a modern office layout with a mix of private offices, conference rooms, and open work areas.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
