O’Brien Commercial secures lease with Freight Farms at 56 Crawford St., Leominster, MA

Leominster, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. has secured a lease with Freight Farms at 56 Crawford St. 

Freight Farms is a Boston-based company supplying hydroponic growing setups for urban farming. They will occupy the entire site and 7,200 s/f warehouse building. 

Eric O’Brien, president, O’Brien Commercial exclusively represented the landlord, Airport Realty Trust, and directly procured the tenant in this transaction.
