Gilkie of R.W. Holmes negotiates 6,500 s/f lease for Parkridge Partners

Haverhill, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated a new 6,500 s/f office lease at 26 Parkridge Rd. Transformations Care Network, a national network of mental healthcare providers, leased the office space.

R.W. Holmes senior vice president David Gilkie represented the landlord, Parkridge Partners LLC, in the transaction. Grey Gettleman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

R.W. Holmes serves as an exclusive leasing agent for the two-story, 48,000 s/f office building.

“We’re excited to welcome Transformations Care Network as the building’s newest tenant, and it was a pleasure working with the City North LLC team, based in Haverhill, Mass., to finalize the transaction,” said Gilkie. 

The space will be completely renovated and ready for occupancy late this summer.
