Commercial Properties, Inc. broker $2 million building sale

4 Marc Road - Medway, MA

Medway, MA Bret O’Brien and Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. sold the 28,862 s/f industrial building at 4 Marc Rd. to 4 Marc Road, LLC for $2 million.  

The buyer has signed a long term lease with a marijuana cultivation tenant that includes a complete renovation of the property.  

Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. is now marketing the property for sale on behalf of the new owner as a single tenant net leased property for $2.85 million with $284,501 in net operation income, which represents a capitalization rate of 10%.
