O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represents Francis MacLean Realty Trust in $3 million sale
Leominster, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller, Francis MacLean Realty Trust, in the sale of 45 Francis St. The 20,000 s/f warehouse building was purchased by 45F LLC for $3 million.
The property, situated off Rte. 117 at the intersection with I-190, features three tailboard loading docks, a drive-in door and 16-foot clear height. The buyer, an affiliate of Exergen Corp., plans to use the property as offsite overflow storage to supplement its Waltham location. The buyer was represented by Jim Boudrot and Pat Grady of Hunneman.
